A username and password will be automatically assigned to you. If you wish to use a specific username and password, please contact us and 1) Indicate which User Name and Password the School/Association/Company would like to use. Remember that User Name and Password are case sensitive. We suggest that you choose simple words (minimum 4 characters required.) Choose only one User Name, we will add the number 1,2,3,4,5... for the number of users (e.g. User Name: "Grillo" will become Grillo1, Grillo2... Grillo5) The Password will be the same for all User Names.
The School/Association/Company buys a license depending upon how many students/users will access the site.
The School/Association/Company can transfer the password to the students/users who will be allowed to use it in school, office, home or with any other computer.
If the School/Association/Company renews the membership after one year, the password might be modified. The School/Association/Company is responsible for matching each username with each student.

The Agreement is between CyberItalian, Inc. (hereinafter called "CyberItalian") and the School/Association/Company (hereinafter called "you") whose name appears in the above purchase of license form.
For security reasons, any contact regarding the data of the School/Association/Company, will occur only between CyberItalian and the contact person/s named in the above purchase of licence form, representing the School/Association/Company.
CyberItalian is an interactive site on Italian language and culture. By using the site, either as a Visitor or as a Member, you agree to CyberItalian terms and conditions indicated in our Agreement.

Within 30 days of purchase, the purchase for the Self-Study Courses is backed by a satisfaction guarantee.
If you decide within 30 days of purchase that CyberItalian Self-Study online courses are not right for you, CyberItalian will refund 75% of your money (25% will be retained for administrative expenses).
No refunds are possible for the 16 or 8 weeks Tutored Courses.

The 16 weeks Tutored course is a customised program for schools, associations or companies.
