Alcune persone sono intolleranti alle melanzane per il loro contenuto di solanina. <br>Ti piacciono le melanzane?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Eggplant is a typical summer vegetable, widely used in cooking especially in central and southern Italy. <\/em><br><em>Raw eggplant has an unpleasant taste and is usually sliced, salted, set aside to drain (precisely to purge and remove the bitter taste) and then cooked.
