Per un pranzo o una cena di Ringraziamento, dato che il tacchino non \u00e8 un protagonista della cucina italiana, vogliamo proporre l’ortica. Ci sembra che questo sia un caso perfetto in cui dire grazie, dato che questa pianta “brutta” e urticante ha una lunga storia come pianta medicinale e come alimento. E’ un’ottima fonte di vitamine e minerali e ha propriet\u00e0 curative.
