La crisi economica è pesante ma ad agosto gli italiani amano comunque andare al mare e dimenticare tutto. E qualcuno ha anche la voglia di fare scherzi.

Ti piace fare scherzi?

The economic crisis is heavy but in August Italians still love to go to the beach and forget everything. And someone also feels like playing jokes.

Do you like to play jokes?

scherzo

Scherzo (o burla o anche beffa).

Nota le espressioni nel primo video:

Alessa' (invece di Alessandro)

Fa impressione!

Te possino...[ammaza'] (dal dialetto romano. Questa espressione è molto forte ma non è intesa in senso malevolo anzi, a maggior ragione, in genere si pronuncia solo la prima parte della frase e si evita la seconda).

Notice the expressions in the first video:

Alessa' (instead of Alessandro)

Fa impressione! = it makes an impression (it's striking, it feels funny, it feels strange)

Te possino...[ammaza'] = 'may they...' [kill you] (from the Roman dialect . This expression is very strong but it is not intended as harmful, in fact, in general they even say only the first part of the sentence and avoid the second).

Nota le seguenti espressioni idiomatiche:

Fare scherzi

Fa senso!

Ha senso!

Notice the following idiomatic expressions:

Fare scherzi = to play jokes

Fa senso! = it is disgusting!

Ha senso! = it makes sense!
