Per molte persone la stizza e la rabbia sono dei sentimenti difficile da controllare. Sembra che non abbiano scelta fra una reazione rabbiosa, emotiva e incontrollata e un’azione equilibrata, efficace, appropriata alla situazione. Non sono flessibili.
