Il curriculum in video

In Italia, l'invio del curriculum via email, in formato pdf, è uno dei modi più comuni per candidarsi ad un posto di lavoro. Negli ultimi anni però, in alcuni settori, si sta diffondendo il video curriculum. Inquadratura a mezzo busto, oppure primo piano. "Buongiorno, mi chiamo... ho una laurea in... ho lavorato per 6 anni come... i miei punti di forza sono... le aree in cui voglio crescere sono..." A seconda dell'azienda a cui si rivolgono, i video curriculum possono essere creativi. Non solo riportano informazioni sul candidato, ma mostrano gesti, ironia e carattere. L'importante è che durino poco (massimo 1 o 2 minuti) e non siano noiosi.
